Below there be cakes! People have asked to see my cakes so here are 2 weddings and a Pirate themed birthday party. I need to track down photos of my earlier endeavors. I have lots of photos not yet in digital format.... one of these days....

Ok, so here are some pics you may have seen before on my MySpace page. I just could not resist making them "8mm film". Enjoy the 1970s all over again! Oh, and I have played with my page a bit... I love that pic from the Poth's wedding. I feel so professional!

SO, here is Versailles. Beyond opulent! It was great to be there... you know, seeing as I am obsessed, I mean, research-laden with her.... She is the focus for my Master's Thesis. More on this later.

The slideshow below is from my time in Dusseldorf & Koln (Cologne) with my friends Kristina & Frank. I met them in Romania in 2004. Kristina lives in Dusseldorf and Frank lives in Koln with his partner, Michael. I had a great time. Enjoy!

Ok, so I have the LAMEST travel blog ever, but DAMN internet access abroad was either :

1. non-existant OR
2. super expensive when existing

I am back at home now and will have time to get this thing up to speed. Selective speed... I took over 750 photos in Ireland and another 300+ in Germany & France.

In short I had a wonderful time in Europe (as always) and am already trying to figure out how to get back soon. I am tired... long trip home (more about that later).

Keep checking back... I promise things will happen.

The countdown begins. It is Friday, 10:33pm, and I leave Monday at 5pm. I have laundry, shopping, packing, and house cleaning to accomplish before then.... RAR! Guess I should quit playing on the internet, huh?

The blog is back! In the spirit of BLOGGING I am returning to my original site! I am keeping my MySpace because I keep in touch with a lot of folks that way, but I will post my blogs here! YAY ME! I hope to rev this site up soon for my trip to Ireland, Germany & France this summer. I will have internet access and hopefully will be able to post updates! Stay posted! (ha-ha I am punny!)
